Rental Agreement

I understand that my credit card will be charged for the full amount of my rental agreement, even if I return the equipment early.  I am responsible for the return of the equipment I am renting in the same condition in which it was given to me.  I agree to pay in full for any repairs or replacement of the equipment if it is damaged or lost either while in use, or during transport.  Late returns will be charged at the hourly rate shown in the "pricing" tab.

I am aware that paddleboarding and other water sport equipment I may be using poses potential risks and I am aware of the dangers of paddleboarding and other activities.  I understand that Caspen Water Sport Rentals, LLC (CWSR) is in no way responsible for my safety, my group's safety or the safety of the equipment I am renting.  I understand that CWSR makes no guarantee as to the fitness of suitability of the equipment.  I am fully responsible for my own safety, my group's safety, and for the equipment.  Further I acknowledge that it is never recommended to use water sport equipment while under the influence of any drug or medication that hinders the ability/awareness of the user and CWSR will not be responsible for any damage or injury that may occur as a result of the use of drugs or medications.

I agree to assume all risks in connection with the use of the equipment, whether foreseen or unforeseen and whether or not caused by the fault or negligence of CWSR and its employees.  I also agree to release CWSR and its employees from all liability for any harm, injury, illness or damage, which may befall myself, my group, or the equipment I rent.  I have had all medical examinations I believe necessary to assure of and assume responsibility for my physical fitness and capability to use the equipment.  I agree to repair or replace in a manner acceptable to CWSR any of the equipment damaged while I am renting it.

I understand the United States Coast Guard regulations stipulate that all users of the equipment rented are required to have a US Coast Guard approved personal floatation device at all times while on the water.

I understand that one member of the party must be over the age of 18 and must accompany the group on the water.

I have fully informed myself of the contents of this agreement by reading before I signed.
